This brookshires un Kaufman have great staff and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. My prescriptions have to be filled a couple of days early at times due to My work.. I have to travel alot for my job and i just want to say thanks to Melissa,Grace and Rose for really going the extra mile for me! You ladies are the best! JM
Went to get my sons prescription, was gonna use good RX, no insurance. They called me over and said they didn't have the meds, and if they did, it was over 100.00. I was panicking because my son was in a lot of pain. What was I going to do? The pharmacist Karen, saw I was in distress, came over to see if she could help. She called CVS, they didn't have it either. She called the ER that called it in, together they found something that would work. Anywhere else would have just said sorry, we don't have it. I just really want to thank her for caring and taking the time.
Love, LOVE these guys. They are always so helpful, answering questions, offering suggestions, and well.. just nice people! Got my flu shot today, and she was soooo gentle, I'm a wimp when it comes to needles!
